Building the GenAI UX Strategy

Led comprehensive UX discovery and strategy for Guidepoint's expert insights platform, serving investment professionals across PE, VC, and hedge funds. Through 15+ stakeholder interviews and cross-functional workshops, I identified critical pain points in search, discovery, and content workflows.
