Reframing Coffee Culture in Sweden

In Gothenburg, a coffee entrepreneur aimed to elevate coffee from a simple beverage to a cultural experience, creating a brand that resonated with Sweden's rich coffee traditions. The challenge was to develop a unique brand identity that could distinguish itself in a saturated market and align with the cultural ethos of Swedish coffee enthusiasts.

My Contributions

As a Brand Strategist, I facilitated workshops with the founder and team to create a distinct brand identity. I applied my expertise in product marketing and brand strategy to identify growth opportunities and define brand awareness goals, leveraging tools like Miro.

Outcomes

The project transformed the initial concept into a cohesive brand strategy. By aligning the brand with cultural aspirations, I established a foundation for sustainable growth, redefining the coffee culture in Sweden beyond a single café.
