I led the transformation of Pershing's fragmented investment centers into a cohesive, revenue-generating marketplace. This unified platform not only streamlined workflows but also introduced new freemium and premium features, enhancing the user experience for advisors and portfolio managers.
My Contributions
As the UX Lead, I conducted user interviews, competitive analysis, and data insights to develop a cohesive platform strategy. By designing wireframes, crafting a design system, and guiding the project through iterative design thinking, I introduced features tailored to diverse user needs and established a new revenue model.
Outcomes
The redesigned platform led to significant adoption increases, with 100 new firms joining within the first six months. Personalized user journeys and premium services contributed to a 40% rise in user engagement.
