Reimagining Deal Manager
Deal Manager is BNY's core platform for managing Corporate Trust workflows, handling complex financial tasks but hindered by fragmented systems and a difficult user experience. This project aimed to streamline the platform and enhance user adoption.
My Contributions
I led design thinking workshops, synthesized user insights, and introduced a unified design system, creating a more efficient and cohesive platform experience. My work focused on reducing duplicative workflows, improving navigation, and delivering a consistent design strategy.
Outcomes
The redesign achieved a 78% increase in user adoption and a 63% reduction in task completion time, establishing Deal Manager as a vital tool for internal teams.
